Wednesday, April 13, 2016 - Extremely fragrant with the same aroma that Chardonnay/Pinot Blanc & Gris have in common, and a lot of citrus, I'm thinking lemon and grapefruit. Lots of wet rock.
Medium body, high acidity, low alcohol, very dry, stone dust, fruit not so dominant on the palate.
Medium+ finish of acidity and fizzy minerality.
Went great with white asparagus and butter, parsley potatoes and turkey schnitzel.
sensational for €7!
Could be everyone's go-to wine for the merry month of May.
