Saturday, August 6, 2016 - Just had it with chicken risotto. Perfect match, everybody liked it. Light, acid-dominated, much more mineral- than fruit-driven. A wine that screams for summer. I'm very curious about the other Gutedel wines from Ziereisen. Steingrüble will be next.
