Sunday, December 10, 2023 - In Magnum. Perhaps the star of the show for me on this particular afternoon. An incredibly focused and mineral wine. Striking acid profile and a rather intriguing saline component (think oysters and lemon).

The only shortcoming of this for my palate was that the wine was rather lacking when it came to a purity for fruit and chardonnay richness. I heard from others that it improved the next day with air.
