Tuesday, December 29, 2009 - wow! this wine will need some time measured in decades. over 3 days i tasted this one (half a glass a day, champagne stoppr..etc). day 3 and the wine hardly had opened up. it hinted at what will come. and it will be stellar. if you have a bunch of bottles, try one! Otherwise have patients.
