Thursday, November 18, 2010 - Bright yellow in color. On the nose, slightly oxidized apple, lemon, and a hint of bread. Precise and pure on the palate. Impeccably balanced. Decanting definitely help this wine show well- taming the acidity and opening up the aromatics. Excellent length. Although fun to try, not where it needs to be to WOW just yet.
