Saturday, January 1, 2011 - The most interesting, delicious, and powerful Champagne I have experienced. Rich, yeasty nose with flavors of pear, caramelized apple, and spice. Wonderful on its own, and has the guts to stand up to food - even blue cheese. Maturing, but still very youthful. Truly a special wine.
