Saturday, June 11, 2011 - Saturday night is Burg Night with Charlie and Edson (Maison MacKay): First time I've had Salon and it's easily one of the top Champagne I've tasted. Still tastes young and fresh with nice acidty, tropical fruits, and amazing balance with just a touch of yeastiness to add some complexity. A pure expression of Champagne that's a pleasure to drink.
