Thursday, September 27, 2012 - This thing is up and down like a toilet seat at a mixed party. This bottle was terrific. Lightly toasted it drinks like a very smart white burg that is just taking on a little development.It has zesty lemon fruit aromas and flavors, a little white peach and strong minerally line. The bead is super fine and as it warms in the glas there's a suggestion of rockmelon. It has great cut and focus.
