Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - Had this for New Years Eve and it was like a laser! It was straw colored and smelled like lime and apple. The tastes were apple, lime, lemon tea, fresh pear juice and was so precise. The acidity was just as precise and zingy with a long, clean finish. Wish I had more!
