Saturday, January 24, 2015 - FW-BYOB-HT-15#2; 1/24/2015-1/25/2015: Big and beautiful! Intense, fat nose nose with lots of yeast, bread, butter, roasted coffee, red berries and developed aromas of ripe yellow apples, cob on the corn and honey. Great when popped and outstanding after 2 hours.

Big and full bodied on the palate with a high, not fully developed acidity with quite a lot of tartness left. Very good length and high intensity. A fantastic wine, that is drinking very well right now with a good young freshness and developing complexity, will easily manage many more years in the cellar though.
