Saturday, November 5, 2016 - Pretasting with a small Salon and VVF vertical Tasting (Elystan Street, London): What an austere, minimal champagne, unbelievable young, could be 2012 vintage, comparable to young Rieslings, crispy acidity, refreshing saltieness, fantastic finish, so pure and clean, a perfect Le Mesnil champagne, my 2 years old daughter will have fun in 30 years, much fresher than ten mighty and nutty 96 tasting 10 month ago in a big blind tasting, 98+, maybe 100 from a perfect bottle in a few decades
