Friday, September 29, 2017 - Utterly stunning wine. Wow 😮 is best description. 1996 Salon is wine for the century. It is still an infant today. Smell of cotton candy, honey succule and brioche toast. Taste has carmel apple 🍏, belgium waffles, and kiwi 🥝 fruit. Others have said this but at 21yrs of age it’s truly only at half it’s life and if that. It will age effortlessly for 20-25yrs. This is one Blanc to Blanc Champagne every collector should have in the collection. Further when you drink this use Chardonnay glasses not a Champagne flute.
