Monday, December 18, 2017 - Better than the bottle I had last week. Much more silky with an amazing texture and clarity. Super smooth and creamy with lemon, lees and hints of toast. Incredible balance with crispness and freshness. Drinks young and vibrant. Really good bottle tonight.
