Tuesday, January 30, 2018 - Fireworks for January: plethora of top wines with great friends (Black Salt Restaurant, Washington D.C.): Seems to have just slight hazelnut aspects, at first, but very elegant and refined in approach. Like a fine white Burgundy. Gorgeous density. Really fitting for a lobster. Gorgeous full body. This is worthy of high 90s. Beats the Billecart overall and gets so vinous and mouth filling, yet elegant and refined. Candidate of wine of the evening.
