Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Bright yellow color. Super complex and bright nose of lemon, Japanese ginger, chamomile, bee’s wax, and mint. Quite high, mouthwatering acidity emerging on the palate followed by flavors of meyer lemon, minerals, and citrus. Very creamy mouthfeel. Super long, lingering finish (possibly the longest finish I’ve ever experienced in a wine). Simply outstanding, this wine has it all. It still tastes quite young, would never have guessed it’s 23 years old... Wow!
