Friday, September 12, 2008 - Uncorked DK tastes Châteauneuf 2006 and Henri Bonneau (Premisse): Light yellow. Fine, yet persistent bubles. Delicious nose of apples, acid and certain wet stony minerality - almost a spätlese nose. In the mouth light, yet intense with roasted nuts and glue. Appeared a bit closed like many other 1996s at this stage.
