Saturday, September 28, 2013 - Sweet, smooth, extremely well balanced. A hint of cigar, burnt blackberry, pencil shavings, burnt cherry, and a very small hint of dried wasabi. Still a bit tannic. But will be drinking nicely for several more years. Drink now if you must, or hold for 3-4 years.
