Monday, May 22, 2023 - This one's on me - for being sentimental and hesitant to open my Sancerre keepsake. Edmond's best years are probably behind. In 2023 he's mostly void of fruit, with leftover flint and smoke, green bell pepper, and bitter pith that's kind of handed to you on a platter, void of life. Sturdy, steely, linear, dying or maybe dead. This ones on me.
