Friday, June 2, 2023 - Popped and poured. Maybe I'm just not familiar with aged Sancerre, maybe this is just a bad bottle, or maybe it's just over the hill. I tend to agree with the last of these, as I am sharing ElyChohn's experience with this. I really wish I had tried this years ago. Very dark yellow and definite oxidation, even though this bottle was stored at 55 degrees since I bought it on release. No redeeming qualities left in this bottle.
