Saturday, January 18, 2020 - A private wine dinner: Sugar 3.7 g/l, acidity 7.85 g/l, alcohol 12.7%.
NOSE: Surprisingly developed Riesling nose with citrus and some mineral / petroleum aromas.
TASTE: Mature, fruity with several mature Riesling notes. At its peak now, would be my guess. A rather light vintage of this wine.
