Tuesday, November 1, 2016 - Pulled out of refrigerator to warm up before opening. Warmed gently in glass before sampling. Tart apple and wet rock initially. As it warms a gentle vanilla aroma. Wine presents tart apple across the palate, then mostly fades away leaving faint acidity, apple and wet rock in the finish. Drink with dinner of tuna and salmon sushi rolls and roasted broccoli. Wine complements dinner without overwhelming.
