Monday, December 17, 2018 - Outstanding aligote. Somewhat mercurial, with razor sharp citrus acidity but also with some intermittent, round caressing notes. Finishes long, reverberating with citrus juices and zest, hints of stone fruit, and salt. Was just as good on second night. This just toppled my favorite aligote -- Bachelet's-- from its perch.
