Friday, December 22, 2023 - Had in Paris at lunch. One of the best white wines I’ve ever had. Dried white flowers, a little match stick, wet earth. Powerful structure. It’s not young anymore but really coming into full maturity. Monumental.
Seemed to continue improving with air too!
