Sunday, December 16, 2018 - At a very interesting intermediate state transitioning from it's juvenile crisp starting point to a more advanced and mature nature. Deep and rich golden colour. Not overly aromatic but revealing bruised apples and floral components with a hint of honeysuckle. Very smooth mid palate and elegant finish. Would be a great company for fish or lightly flavoured chicken dishes without creamy sauces. Ready to drink and imo has limited potential for improvement down the road.
