Wednesday, November 11, 2020 - Stone fruit, citrus, minerals, peach, and the slightest hint of petrol on the nose. Great acidity with tart peach, lemon, orange, and chalk on the palate. Long finish. Very elegant and somewhat delicate, but also deep and interesting.
