Saturday, July 4, 2020 - Consumed over three days. Pale yellow color and persistent fine bead. Starting to develop autolytic / toasted bread scents on the nose but still very tightly coiled on the palate with good cut and acidity and flavors of lemon curd and a long finish. Was best on the third day, would probably let sleep for a few more years if you can, though enjoyable now.
