Sunday, April 24, 2022 - Compared to the 2004 (under cork), the 2005 (under screwcap) is holding up beautifully. Even evolved a bit over the evening. A big, classic Aussie shiraz with enough structure to handle the high alcohol and big fruit. Not sure this will improve any further but great drinking now.
