Monday, November 5, 2018 - Quite tannic. Flavor profile similar to a Baudana 2012 we had a year ago. The Baudana was less tannic, and seemed to be more mature! Had this one with lasagna. Drank the rest the next day from a Riedel Burgundy glass. The wine had improved somewhat, and went well with leftover lasagna. I'm just getting acquainted with nebbiolos, so don't take my score to seriously. I am definitely going to try more!
