Wednesday, January 23, 2019 - A lot of sediment, even in the first glass. A nose with some volatile acidity that actually works well with the wine. Technically speaking it is far from perfect but if I wanted a technically perfect wine I would have open a Bordeaux. Went very finely with fabada.
