Friday, February 10, 2023 - Dark, dense black with a thin light hue. Dusty aroma of sawdust, varnish, dark berries, forest and grilled meat. Not sure of the alcohol level but definite comes out in the aroma. Smooth, milk chocolate, plum, blueberry. Medium body, tannin isn’t obvious. Balanced acidity. Has aged quite well but I don’t think you should wait too much longer. Drinking very well now.
