Sunday, April 21, 2019 - The 2012 vintage is starting to show some maturity while maintaining youthful character. Plenty of ripe dark fruits on the front palate followed by dusty soil and polite tannins. Drinking well now, but has continued aging potential. A chance pairing with bacon wrapped dates and goat cheese enhanced my enjoyment of this very well crafted wine.
