Wednesday, March 23, 2016 - Drank this over the weekend. Phenomenal. In a really good place right now. Still some tannins but as a previous note mentions they add to the overall taste -- they give the wine a sense of vibrancy. Nose is very clearly aged, extremely earthy. Balanced yet concentrated dark fruits with some notes of iron on the palate. Still decent acidity. Delicious.
