Saturday, January 22, 2022 - Fantastic! Immediately upon opening at 4PM we could tell that the wine would smell great. Decanted 15 minutes before serving and it needed more time to unfold in the glass. it was well composed and tasted great immediately, but was a bit closed on the nose, but 45 minutes in it blossomed to show some exotic fruit and flowers, and a with a lovely broadness and intensity. A pleasing almost-bitterness on the finish. Focused and pungent on the palate, just a very grand old wine.
