Tuesday, January 23, 2018 - Decanted for two hours had two glasses then saved the bottle overnight, and man was it worth it. On day two it evolved into a silky smooth, finely balanced, delicate yet firm experience. It is perfectly balanced at this point. One of the better 05s I have had. It can last for many more years or drunk now with some air.
