Sunday, April 5, 2020 - Double decated to remove a little sediment. 1st sip after opening showed delicate red fruit, in particular red raspberries and liquorice, amazing. Then after airing I met layers upon layers of chocolate, liquorice, lightly toasted bread, vanilla, smooth silky tannins, minty. After tasted carried on until the next morning
