Sunday, January 7, 2018 - This is sooooo good and exactly what Syrah should be. On the nose, roasted meats, a kiss of smoke, olives, an amazing herbal/garrigue/sage/underbrush note, and perfectly ripe dark fruit. Flavors carry through on the palate, delivered with juicy, balanced bright acidity and mellowed velvety tannins. Plush, polished, and just plain delicious.
