Sunday, February 3, 2008 - Deep red color. Notes of bramles, mocha and chocolate. Tasting on the first night though was dominated by a simple sweetness and the very soft tannins of it. Almost no mid-palate presence. On the second night it seemed to improve (although maybe I had lessened my expectations) so the candiness was less, but it was underwhelming still.
