Friday, September 2, 2016 - Red fruit with a medicinal, ashy aroma. Medium intensity nose. on the palate there is Med + acidity, medium + tannins, and more tart red fruit- cranberries and rhubarb. Not a very well-balanced wine with the tannins and high alcohol exaggerated by the tart fruit flavors.
