Saturday, October 29, 2016 - Very enjoyable. Drank with pork, braised cabbage with onions, shallots, raisins, bacon, and apple cider vinegar. Roasted potatoes.

Very clean and fresh. Matches the flavor profile well. We will be buying more bottles of this for future consumption. Stored in the refrigerator since purchasing (see previous review of this wine, it was purchased and drank the same day as this bottle).
