Friday, June 19, 2020 - This is developing nicely. Lots of forest floor, earth, herb, sweet cream, orange peel, and faint wild berry.

Sappy raspberry, red cherry, and pomegranate fruit is lively and fresh due to abundant acidity. Minerals and herbs mix into the medium long finish where tannins are still notable. It is not quite there yet.

Drink now with a long decant, otherwise hold until 2023-24 or longer.
