They used to be around 65% Cabernet, now more 75%-85% because of the maturiation techinque. They still use Merlot because there is a vine of clay on the estate.

10/14/2015 9:41:00 PM - Thanks for your note. Useful as we have yet to crack open our cases. We like a "good amount of life in it"....patience is a tempting virtue, but we probably will want another year or two to sip.
