This wine is just a baby waiting to evolve into something special. Nice nose, palate and finish. For currant drinking, the '03 Cos is much more approachable. It seemingly never shut down, and is currently much more evolved. With time, the '05 will evolve positively to become the better wine. Hold this one 5 more years unless you have multiple bottles.
