Saturday, August 12, 2023 - I saw that the drink window on this bottle was past optimal, so I thought I would open it when having some pasta with Italian sausage and broccoli rabe.

It may not have been optimal, but I couldn't deny this wine was delicious!
N: smoky cured meat, brined olives, rosemary
P: black cherry, stewed plums, black pepper
F: lingered on the palate for a little bit, but not long enough.

Still going strong, probably could keep for another two years.
