Wednesday, February 10, 2016 - Vivid pink color with appealing strawberry, bing cherry, strawberry and white pepper aromas. On the palate it's medium- full-bodied with good acidity and strawberry Jolly Rancher, cherry, caramel, peppery spice flavors. I like this kind of rose because it pairs well with more substantial fare. This paired well well with a salmon burger!
