Thursday, September 22, 2016 - Light golden yellow. Aromas of yellow apple, pear, and brioche. Lees contact lends creamy texture but it's not overly heavy on the palate. Cool climate Carneros fruit and partially blocked malolactic fermentation help maintain some energy and acidity.
