Monday, December 25, 2023 - 100% cold-climate Syrah where the grapes have been fermented on their stems. The result is a bold and delicious wine with violets, mint, and blackcurrants in a delightful harmony with smoky charcuterie, Christmassy clove, and freshly ground pink pepper. Full-bodied, smooth-textured, and well-balanced with fine-grained, velvety tannins. This is incredibly good, and it is evident that this wine has benefited from aging in the cellar.
