Tuesday, April 17, 2018 - This is always so good and was in a great place on the night we drank it. Lots of the typical orange wine notes as described by others: tea, florals, and wax, but with a fullness and balance that few skin contacts achieve. Great acidity, but not over the top, with hints of sweetness and smoke. To me, this is consistently Donkey and Goat's best offering, and, as a Berkeley kid, it's the only one that will make me leave the confines of Broc Cellars and walk next door to pick up a few bottles.
