Tuesday, June 27, 2017 - Unbelievably dark red.
Nose matches palate: Rose, violet, raspberry, boysenberry, Christmas cake, spice, cola, black cardamom, coniferous forest, charcuterie, smoky bacon fat, right from the get go open, bright, vibrant, balanced, not overly prominent acidity and gentle background tannin. Very Burgundian in the nicest possible way. A perfect bottle with no signs of tiring. Gorgeous!
