Friday, June 25, 2021 - I love newer Mondavis, so decided to try something older. Some mould on top side of cork. Beautiful honey colour. Lots of vanilla, a little pineapple. The wave of buttery flavours has matured to something like buttercream; the biscuit has matured to something like a sponge cake. (In a good way). I'm very happy.
