Sunday, January 25, 2015 - The 1982 Domaine Leflaive Pucelles is a majestic bottle of 1er cru Puligny, bursting from the glass with aromas of pastry cream, buttered apple, peach and (if it isn't too fanciful) sea breeze. On the palate, the wine is at peak maturity, with a beautiful glossy texture and grand cru depth and intensity. A testament to the wonders of bottle age.
